Spencer Lem is a dedicated real estate agent with life long local roots in Wilmington, NC. Though new to the industry, he brings over a decade of experience in sales, management, and leadership. As the former manager of Sweetwater Surf Shop and a high school soccer coach, Spencer honed his customer service, teamwork, and communication skills. Most recently, he expanded his expertise as an independent sales rep in the Action Sports Industry, sharpening his negotiation abilities and business acumen.
