Maradith Brown

Maradith grew up in Williamsburg, Virginia, and moved to Wilmington in 2001, where she met her husband, Wayne. They have three children – Harper, Hutch, and Hallie Grace. She joined the team in 2018 and can’t imagine life anywhere else, enjoying the beaches to downtown and everything in between. With her children being the center of her world, she enjoys the life balance that being a broker offers, enabling her and her family to explore the world. Two of her favorite spots to visit were Costa Rica and Ireland, so far – and continues to plan the next big adventure.
