Ben takes his 16 year career as a professional Broker very seriously but most importantly, he considers building trusted relationships with his clients the top priority. 

Ben’s real estate path includes an exciting history as a commercial airline pilot in South Florida and the Bahamas. Ultimately aligning with an offshore real estate development group, he spent many hours above the tropical waters of the near-Caribbean, but in turn, developed a deeper passion for the action on the ground, investing and selling property. The leadership and technical skills needed to navigate an airplane are still expressed today in his real estate negotiations.  Ben’s clients can always expect the highest level of service and attention to detail. 

Holding a BA in Environmental Studies from UNC-Wilmington, Ben has a thorough understanding of his local coastal market.  Ben covers the highly sought-after beaches and areas surrounding Wilmington, NC.  Centered around the crown jewel of Wrightsville beach, Ben’s reach includes a multitude of luxury lifestyle options along the waterways, private islands and historical riverfront properties. 

Ben is an accomplished athlete-a professional surfer who has competed, taught others, and given back to the local beach community through various ocean related charities and events.  It is surfing that has entrenched Ben in the real estate market, connecting locals and affluent clients who desire the benefits of living near the water. 

Along with his wife, a 3rd generation native to Wrightsville Beach, Ben and his family of 4 can often be found biking to the beach, surfing the inlets and boating along the waterways. Together they continue to expand their real estate business with a growing Airbnb investment portfolio having formed an impressive team of professionals to finance, renovate and manage properties.
